CoQ10 supplement My mom told me the other day that her doctor recommended
that she take a *CoQ10 supplement* and she asked me what CoQ10 did and I had
a hard time explaining it. That’s why I decided to do this week’s
spotlight on our Hydrosoluble CoQ10. This spotlight will be a little
different because I’m just going to talk about CoQ10 and its importance.
Our wonderful Liquid Health Hydrosoluble CoQ10 product offers 50 mg of CoQ10
per 1 ounce. *Coenzyme Q10 (as hydrosoluble udibecarenone)* – CoQ10 is
found in every cell in the human body. This substance is necessary for many
important functions in our bodies including converting the food we eat into
energy. CoQ10 also acts as an antioxidant. According to the University of
Maryland Medical Center /“Antioxidants fight damaging particles in the body
known as free radicals, which damage cell membranes, tamper with DNA, and
even cause cell death. Scientists believe free radicals contribute to the
aging process, as well as a number of health problems, including heart
disease and cancer. Antioxidants, such as CoQ10, can neutralize free radicals
and may reduce or even help prevent some of the damage they cause”/ People
take a /CoQ10 supplement/ for many reasons including high blood pressure,
high cholesterol and heart failure. Another possible benefit of taking CoQ10
is increased energy. A study done in Denmark in 2010 showed that mice given
CoQ10 for 4 weeks showed /“a significantly prolonged exhaustive swim
time”/ as well as /“increased liver glycogen contents”/ in comparison
to the control mice. There are a few different ways to get CoQ10. According
to WebMD.com /“CoQ10 is naturally present in small amounts in a wide
variety of foods, but levels are particularly high in organ meats such as
heart, liver, and kidney, as well as beef, soy oil, sardines, mackerel, and
peanuts.”/ Other food sources include oily fish (such as salmon and tuna)
and whole grains. If you feel you need a CoQ10 supplement [1] there are
various forms available to you, such as: soft gel capsules, oral spray, hard
shell capsules, tablets and liquids. Liquid supplements carry many benefits,
including a higher absorption rate when compared to pills or tablets. Our
Liquid Health Hydrosoluble CoQ10 product also contains Vitamins C and E,
blueberry juice and goji berry extract for their antioxidant properties, as
well as Hawthorne Berry Extract which has long been used as a cardiovascular
regulator and for heart function support. If you’re looking for a CoQ10
supplement consider trying Liquid Health’s Hydrosoluble CoQ10 today!
