Multiple People always seem to be interested in learning about kids and
vitamins [1] because we want to make sure we’re doing what’s best for our
kids. I’ve talked about the importance of vitamins for kids before, but
this time I’ll specifically be talking about our Liquid Health Children’s
Multiple. This product is very similar to our Liquid Health Daily Multiple
and Liquid Health Women’s Multi, but there are a few additions especially
for the little ones. Like the Daily and Women’s Multiple, this product is
based in Aloe Vera and sea vegetation. These two ingredients form the
foundation of this great product, comprising most of the nutrients in the
formula. The sea vegetation in this product is a good source of natural
vitamins, minerals and nutrients. I think when it comes to *kids and
vitamins*, most people will agree that natural is better. This product is
kind of like giving your child a super-concentrated, liquid vegetable.
Because it’s all natural, with no sugar, this product is safe for kids who
are currently eating whole foods. When it comes to the variation in this
product, I’ll start with the Essential Fatty Acids. EFAs were added to this
product in order to help your child’s brain growth. According to a study
published on the NCBI database, “DHA is a conditionally essential nutrient
for adequate neurodevelopment in humans.” Something to consider when it
comes to /kids and vitamins/ is how the vitamin is sweetened. Another
difference between the Children’s Multi and the Daily and Women’s is that
it’s sweetened with Stevia versus honey. According to WebMD.com, “Stevia
is a plant that is native to South America. It is probably best known as a
source of natural sweeteners. In fact, native people in South America have
used Stevia as a sweetener for hundreds of years.” There are lots of
options for your kids and vitamins. There are pills, chewables, gummies,
liquids each in a variety of flavors and formulas, so make sure you do your
research. Take into account your child’s diet when deciding what kind of
supplementation he or she needs. It’s important to be cautious to not
overdo some vitamins; it is possible to get too much of a good thing in some
cases. If you have any questions or concerns about supplementing your
child’s diet, be sure to talk to their doctor. For more information on this
wonderful product, check out the Liquid Health Children’s Multiple info
page, here [2].
