New Content from Liquid Health

http://www.liquidhealthinc.com/node/84 Are you still doing your New Years
Resolutions? Top Ten New Years Resolutions People are Awesome. We for the
most part have good intentions but are distractable and prone to
procrastination. This is why I’m writing a follow up article in April as a
reminder to those who made New Years commitments and as an invitation for the
late bloomers who didn’t to get going . Recent polls done by several large
companies found the following as top 10 resolutions for 2012. 1 Spend more
time with family 2 Find time for Fitness 3 Quit smoking 4 Enjoy life More 5
Lose Weight 6 Quit Drinking 7 Get out of debt 8 Learn something new 9
Volunteer/Help Others 10 Get Organized How different would the world or our
personal lives be if we were successful with these goals. Each of these
resolutions are transformational activities that can lead a person to a
higher state of energy, fulfillment, and joy. In physics the term
“Entropy” is defined as the tendency for all matter and energy in the
universe to evolve toward a state of inert uniformity. A physical body that
is uncared for is subject to entropy and will also reduce to a lower state of
weakened muscles, flabbiness, and limited will power. By making and keeping
resolutions we combat entropy and enjoy a life of purpose and organization.
So, I invite you who are reading this to decide today to pick up or resume
the challenge of your resolutions and in NIKES slogan “Just Do It!”, you
will not have regrets. On the other hand, If there is something you are doing
that is harmful to your health or mental well being I offer these two words
recently shared by a wiseman...“Stop It!”. Having healthy energy levels
are the key to so much of our joy and happiness in this life. If we think
about the times we have made poor choices, fallen short of expectations,
treated others unkindly, or fudged on our goals it was likely in a state of
weakness and reduced energy. When we are on top of the world we are much less
likely to snap. This is why proper sleep, exercise, and nutrition are so
important. It is more than just a desire to look good. When someone actually
feels good on the inside their whole personage radiates and they make better
choices. Rather than taking from the world around them a person who feels
good is in position to give. This is why we work so hard at Liquid Health to
create high quality products that can help transform energy levels and bring
vitality back into ones life. With this said, I’m excited to announce 2 new
products that Liquid health will be releasing in 2012, African Mango XD
drops, and Raspberry ketones. These much talked about natural products have
demonstrated an effective ability to reduce appetite, reduce calorie intake,
promote fat break down, increase metabolism, and improve body composition.
These are truly 2 of the most exciting products we have developed and I’m
sure they can be of use to anyone who has set goals this year to lose weight
and improve their health. So get out there and do it, and let Liquid
Health’s wide variety of products help you to succeed. Dave Rigby,
